Description and details
When I try to start DirectFolders (from here on called: DF) it dies instantly. I get a Windows error message stating "Direct Folders has stopped working, a problem caused the program to stop working correctly, please close the program". The only option is to click "close the program". Nothing I tried has worked so far: re-install, registry cleaning (not manually but by CCleaner), rebooting.
Windows event viewer shows the error with the following information:

----------------------------------------------------
The problems first started after rebooting after I had uninstalled the software called SDBar.
Enter the new description here, and press "Save" when you are finished.
How to reproduce
Either try:
- Installing and uninstalling the software called SDBar.
- Setting back a restore point.
Might be any (or none) of those, I am not really sure.
